Ruth Sembajwe supports my regional management team, which serves 22 countries in West and Central Africa, to refocus and recalibrate during our annual retreats. Through her inspiring, energetic, and humane coaching, she helps us reach a productive “uncomfortable zone” where we perform at our highest level. As a result, all managers commit to a formal Compact and Action Plan each year, strengthening efficiency, accountability, and impact for the governments and people we serve.
SOCIAL IMPACT
My coaching journey with Ruth transformed my life and inspired me to found Women of Substance, a diverse community of over 40 women. Through regular meetings and training with Ruth, members gain life skills, build cross-cultural friendships, and grow in self-awareness and purpose. Some have begun their own coaching journeys, and the group’s focus on empathy, tolerance, and support has fostered a strong sense of belonging. I thank God for how coaching has changed my life, and I’m grateful to Ruth for guiding me. I’m now planning a community-based coaching workshop to expand this impact, empowering one woman at a time.
