Pathway Coaching International was founded by Ruth Sembajwe, an experienced executive and systemic team coach with over four decades of professional experience in the private sector, international organisations, and the United Nations.

Throughout her career, Ruth has supported leaders and institutions working in complex environments, where leadership decisions shape organisational performance, culture, and long-term impact.

She holds a Bachelor of Social Work from Kentucky State University in the United States and a Master’s degree in Management and Organisational Development from United States International University (USIU).

Ruth is also a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and has worked with senior leaders across international institutions, development organisations, and other professional settings to strengthen leadership capacity, improve team performance, and guide organisational change.

This blend of professional experience, organisational insight, and coaching expertise enables her to partner effectively with leaders as they navigate demanding and complex leadership roles.

Pathway Coaching International brings together experience from multiple sectors, including international development, non-governmental organisations, and the private sector.

Working across these different environments has created a deep understanding of leadership challenges such as:
