Welcome To My World

My vision in life is to touch as many lives as possible and make a positive difference catapulting them to their next level. When working with individuals & teams, my openness & willingness to assist embody a true spirit of patience, goodness and love. My heart focuses on the essence of the individual. I am a builder, continuously working with others to piece together different parts in a supportive manner. As an Executive & System Team Coach, I enjoy working with individuals, teams and organisations to ensure no one is left behind as we progress together, navigating the ever-changing times and challenges.

I love innovation, visualising and designing, as demonstrated by an internal coaching programme, greatly contributing to the organisations strategy and inspiring individuals and team progress. As a trainer, incorporating coaching into course design has been groundbreaking.

I have built a career working in the private sector, NGO, and United Nations (UN), spanning over 40 years: in programme work supporting social-economic issues and Human Resources. My passion has been in learning & development. Nurturing the potential of people to help them learn and grow is a passion I continuously nurture. Now, I currently lead Pathway Coaching International - an organisation designed to transform people's lives.

My background is in social work and organisational development. I hold a BA in Social Work from Kentucky State University, USA, and an MS in Management & Organisational Development, United States International University, Kenya.
